The Rapture is a dance-punk band based in New York City. The band mixes influences from many genres including post-punk, acid house, disco, new wave, electronica, and rock n roll. Rather difficult to hold body sway when listening to their song. Not a problem if we are not familiar with their songs because every beat that comes out has a passion.
